The first step is to observe and listen to yourself with presence. Through self-observation and awareness in the present moment, you learn to distinguish who you truly are from what you think you are. You are not your body, your thoughts, or your emotions.

Conscious presence in the now allows you to break free from identification with the mind and begin to perceive what lies beyond form—your soul. This is where true connection with God begins.

What you see in others is a reflection of your inner world. Every external experience is a mirror showing you the parts of yourself that need to be seen, healed, and integrated. 

Judging others means judging a part of yourself. Understanding this law leads to compassion, unity, and an open heart toward others.

To forgive means to understand that every wound you have received has been a tool for your evolution.

Forgiveness frees you from the weight of the past and restores your inner peace. When you realize there is nothing to condemn, forgiveness happens naturally—it is an act of spiritual freedom.

You do not attract what you desire… you attract what you are. The Law of Attraction is not a mental process but a deep spiritual law.

"Ask, and you shall receive" becomes reality only when you are in harmony with the divine will. Manifestation is not about obtaining what your ego wants—it is about fulfilling the purpose you were meant to embody in your spiritual mission.

You cannot manifest or ask for something without gratitude. Being grateful means living with awareness of what is, rather than focusing on what is missing. It is a powerful energy that transforms both your inner and outer reality.

Giving thanks for who you are, what you have, and what is yet to come elevates your frequency and opens you to receive new blessings. Gratitude is the foundation of true spiritual abundance.

Faith is total surrender. It is saying with confidence and trust: "Let Your will be done, not mine." 

After asking, manifesting, and giving thanks, the time comes to fully entrust yourself to God. True faith does not seek proof or certainty. It is the anchor that holds you steady when you see nothing, yet you know that God is working for you.

After walking through the previous six steps, you can finally recognize and activate the divine power already within you. 

This is the essence of Christ Within—Christ is not outside of you. He lives within you.

You are no longer separate from God; you are a channel of His will, a bearer of divine light. And when you live in connection with this sacred power, darkness loses all hold over you. No darkness can extinguish the light of God burning within your heart.
